Wenty Leagues Redevelopment Master Plan

Wenty Leagues is undergoing a major staged redevelopment of the club and Chelva has been involved in various stages of the upgrade as follows:

Lipman Pty Ltd have carried out the new multi-storey car park providing 780 new car spots over six levels, and which is nearing completion this December 2018. Chelva carried out the application of acrylic render to lift walls and lift shafts, and concrete rectification works to car park.
ADCO Constructions Pty Ltd is carrying out the construction of the new multi-outlet casual dining precinct, The Plaza, which will provide new outlets with seating for over 850 people, alfresco dining and mixed us function pavilion, and is estimated to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2019. Chelva have been involved in the application of cement render to both internal and external areas of the club upgrade.
Carrying out the upgrade works to the Administration building has been carried out by Built. Chelva completed cement render to planter boxes, and various external walls.
