Residential apartments including basement parking which was constructed by Austruc Constructions.  Work included both render and set plastering as detailed below:

• Render to internal masonry walls with set plastering.
• Render to external facades including grooves and all narrow widths.
• Render to all planters.
• Concrete soffit rectification to basement parking.

Terry Hills Tavern underwent an extension and refurbishment of its existing facility, which was constructed by SX Projects.  Work completed includes:

• Render to new masonry and “blue board” walls to match existing finishes.
• Render to planters and low walls on the external courtyard area.
• Render Japanese Garden Wall with corbel finish.
