Buildridge Constructions made alterations and additions to the existing residential dwelling. Chelva Holdings carried out render to the existing internal masonry walls, as well as gave the front facade an uplift with acrylic render over the existing painted cement render that was looking "worse for wear" including the detailed profiles to the parapet wall.

The project comprises of 201 residential units within an 18 storey building over a two storey basement carpark located in Rhodes. The project was developed by Whitehall Property Group and built by Richard Crookes Constructions Pty Ltd. The entire building facade was rendered in addition to the landscaped common areas.
