Union Apartments Balmain

Located in the inner city suburb of Rozelle, Union Balmain consists of 202 residential dwellings, ground level retail space, ground level park, rooftop lawn and vehicle parking.  The $200 million residential development is spread over three buildings, each six stories.

We worked with Richard Crookes Constructions to complete the render to the external areas including block work, concrete and slab edges, hobs, lift overruns, hebel panels, up stands and internal cement render to garbage rooms.
