A mixed commercial and retail development on O’Riordan Street, Alexandria, including the Trivett Classic Showroom and Service Centre, being constructed by Richard Crookes Constructions. Work completed included:
- Extensive rendering to external facades.
- Internal render to commercial suites, including rendering of corridors, amenities and walkways.
- Acrylic modified polymer render to all walkway concrete soffits.
