Breakfast Point, Lot 5J
Breakfast Point is a medium density development by Rosecorp/Cbus Superannuation, on a 52 hectare site in metropolitan Sydney, comprising of 2,065 residential dwellings and community buildings. Chelva Holdings has carried out several stages for different clients including the recently awarded tenders for Baulderstone Hornibrook Pty Ltd of Lot 6B3 and PBS Building NSW Pty Ltd of Lot 6B2.
Lot 5J are new luxury apartments constructed by Baulderstone Hornibrook. Work completed included:
- Rendered window bands.
- Low level walls rendered with groves for aesthetic appeal.
- All planters rendered to smooth finish to create clean sharp look.
