Breakfast Point, Lot 5i2
Breakfast Point is a medium density development by Rosecorp/Cbus Superannuation, on a 52 hectare site in metropolitan Sydney, comprising of 2,065 residential dwellings and community buildings. Chelva Holdings has carried out several stages for different clients including the recently awarded tenders for Baulderstone Hornibrook Pty Ltd of Lot 6B3 and PBS Building NSW Pty Ltd of Lot 6B2.
Lot 5i2 are new Luxury apartments which were constructed by Richard Crookes Constructions. Work completed includes:
- Entire building façade rendered with grooves to garden walls.
