Breakfast Point, Lot 3C1
Breakfast Point is a medium density development by Rosecorp/Cbus Superannuation, on a 52 hectare site in metropolitan Sydney, comprising of 2,065 residential dwellings and community buildings. Chelva Holdings has carried out several stages for different clients including the recently awarded tenders for Baulderstone Hornibrook Pty Ltd of Lot 6B3 and PBS Building NSW Pty Ltd of Lot 6B2.
Lot 3C1 are new luxury townhouses which were constructed by PBS Building. Work completed includes:
- Rendered bands around windows and doors as architectural features.
